SUMMARY
The dodge all windows option is randomly not working. Sometimes it dodges
windows sometimes it doesn't
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set a panel or dock to dodge all windows
2. open a application
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
the panel does not always hide
EXPECTED RESULT
the panel always hides when touching a window
