SUMMARY
When starting up plasma desktop (having configured it to auto start up latte
dock), the dock is not able to start up (at random times, not always), it
remains in a "thick transparent rectangle state" that goes over other programs.
This only happens in latter versions of latte and plasma. I am using the git
version compiled from 'kde invent' and the latest plasma versions from Arch.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set up to auto start up latte in plasma desktop
2. Start up the desktop
3. Random times it does not start up and remains in a bad state.
OBSERVED RESULT
Late dock remains in a non functional thick transparent rectangle state that
goes over other programs.
EXPECTED RESULT
Latte initializing correctly.
