Okay, I made some deeper tests and it seems I was wrong and everything works as
expected (I just wasn't aware how to use the features too). I updated the
manual a bit (but still it is not complete):

However as far as I understood you want a simple option to copy the values from
ONE keyframe to another across effects and as far as I can see this is not
possible atm. I am going to change the title and mark this report as a feature
request. Please tell me if I am wrong…
