SUMMARY
The crash reporter said that sending the bug report to bugs.kde.org failed and
immediately a kdeinit5 crash appeared. I clicked on the Crash Reporter to try
to submit the bug report again and another kdeinit5 crash happened.
OBSERVED RESULT
kdeinit5 crash, The crash reporter about a different previous crash fails to
submit the crash report to bugs.kde.org.
EXPECTED RESULT
No crash and successfully sending the first crash report to bugs.kde.org
