STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Kickoff with meta button
2. search for "system" (the results for me are "System Information" 1st,
"System Settings" 2dn, etc.)
3. choose System Settings with the keyboard
OBSERVED RESULT
need to press down two times to select the entry
EXPECTED RESULT
only one down press needed
