SUMMARY
I'm on Arch, running Plasma 5.22.1, KDE frameworks 5.83.0, qt version 5.12.2,
only Intel on Wayland. I use a option on my kwinrc that hides decorations when
you maximize the window, after you put in in your config file and reboot it
does it only the first time on the window that is maximized. What happens? The
first window that you maximize it you can't use your mouse, it hides the title
bar as it should and it still plays audio or use your keyboard but it does not
let you use your mouse.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add BorderlessMaximizedWindows=true
2. Reboot
3. Open anything like a browser or dolphin (it does not happen on konsole tho)
4. Maximize a window (It will not let you use your mouse, it's like it doesn't
exists)
5. Open another instance of the same app tho make it stop and make it work as
it should again
