This problem related to laptop resume & multiple-screen.

When laptop is in resume state, and user unplug cables of external screen, KDE
will not move the window from external screen to laptop screen after resume
system. This cause users cannot use the window anymore. They cannot move the
window through "move to screen" menu, because here is only one screen now. They
can only close the window. But what if you have some important data that didn't
save in that application?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect laptop with a second screen with HDMI or VGA.
2. Move a window to second screen.
3. Close laptop so it is in sleep mode.
4. Disconnect the second screen by unplug HDMI or VGA cables.
5. Resume laptop.
6. Open the window that you moved into the second screen.

Actual Results:
After resume laptop, the window in the second screen will not come back to
current laptop screen automatically.

Expected Results:
All windows should be forcely returned to current screen.
