I don't think it really should be our responsibility to handle it. The
OpenColorIO1 rename is specific to Arch, and the Arch package maintainer
already applies their own patch in their package:

I guess we can maybe consider adding a special handling for this, but the
proper thing to do is to port over to OCIO 2...
