I cannot change display brightness using brightness keys or battery and
brightness controls. They have no effect. OSD shows percentage but brightness
remains the same.
I am able to change brightness from terminal using command:
sudo echo 30 > /sys/class/backlight/amdgpu_bl0/brightness
