SUMMARY
I updated my KDE neon system and then discover still notifies me about
available updates
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update the system with "apt full-update"
2. Log out
3. Log in again
OBSERVED RESULT
discover-notifier displays a notification with "Updates available"
EXPECTED RESULT
no notification
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: KDE neon unstable
