SUMMARY
Can't open/switch applications with Meta and number keys if I opened System
Settings.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Press Meta+Num
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
Open/Switch applications in the Icons-only Task Manager
