User feedback settings in Quick Settings
SUMMARY
When opening the system settings the Send User Feedback section of the Quick
Settings is always showing Disabled status instead of what is really selected
in the KCM.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings' Quick Settings page (start the System Settings
application).
OBSERVED RESULT
The Send User Feedback section of the Quick Settings is set to Disabled despite
the KCM being set to anything else.
EXPECTED RESULT
The Send User Feedback section should reflect the data that is configured in
the KCM for the User Feedback
