STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use Wayland session
2. set Plastik window decoraton in Window Decorations KCM
3. open Kate
5. close Kate
6. reopen Kate
OBSERVED RESULT
completely blurry window decoration. Please see the attached screenshot.
EXPECTED RESULT
correctly rendered window decoration
