That's true. However these settings are application-related, and also mostly
cursor-related.
Ultimately what I would like to do is move the setting for feedback on the Task
Manager into individual Task Manager applets themselves, and then move the
cursor-related launch feedback into the Cursors KCM, and then delete this KCM
entirely.
However until that gets done, moving the KCM into the Appearance section seems
reasonable enough to me.
