Right.
So the bug is that when you maximize a window on wayland and then quit and
re-launch the app, the window is opened with the *geometry* of a maximized
window, but not the *state* so clicking the maximize and un-maximize buttons
don't seem to do anything because the maximized and non-maximized sizes are
identical.
