are you opening the zip archive as folder? If so, I can reproduce with a zip
archive, but not with tar one.
Dolphin 21.04.1 displays an inline error message when I try to unmount the
removable device:
"One or more files on this device are opened in application
"dolphinfBzlIl.3.slave-socket".
