Default application entries

SUMMARY
This happens in Firefox, but I don't know if other browsers are affected.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Pin Firefox to the taskbar;
2. Create a new profile in Firefox in about:profile and starting using this new
profile. Alternatively, you can upgrade to a major version (e.g.: 88 to 89).

OBSERVED RESULT
A new entry in System Settings > Applications > Default applications will be
created and the old one will have no icon. Also, the pinned Firefox shortcut in
the taskbar won't work anymore. Firefox will also report that is not the
default browser and clicking in "make default" won't do anything.

EXPECTED RESULT
