Now the popups can switch input method. However, with that fix a new glitch has occurred: In F5/F6 panels, if I switched input method in a popup first, then I won't be able to switch input method in the search box. This issue doesn't affect Docker panels. The Docker panel's popup and search box remember their input method states individually.
