Annotation Sticky Note with wrong umlaut display
SUMMARY
Sticky notes that contain German umlauts (e.g. ä, ö, ü) are not displayed
correctly. They are just omitted.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a sticky note
2. Add some text with Umlaut
OBSERVED RESULT
Sticky note is displayed without the umlaut characters (see attachment)
EXPECTED RESULT
Sticky note is displayed with the umlaut characters (see attachment)
