I have just installed today Kubuntu 21.04 and if i logout and login again i
have high CPU usage from several processes. Till now it happened twice in a
matter of hour and a half. When the issue appeared i took a screenshot and
restarted. Upon login usage was normal - between 3 and 10 percent of CPU. When
i logged out and then login again CPU started consistently to be at 100%. I am
attaching two screenshots from the first and from the 2nd (last time this
happened). I would be happy if you give instructions how to pinpoint/trace the
issue.
