I would suggest to prioritize this bug as WISHLIST at this moment, as 1)
current KTouch seems not aware of any QT_IM_MODULE and 2) proper support of
Korean layout will require certain amount of work which requires Korean
speakers. I can come up with Korean keyboard layouts, but that will be just a
starting point.
