Hi, all!

The bug is now "fixed". It is now impossible to start 'perspective', 'warp' and
'cage' or 'liquify' transform on a vector layer. Vector objects cannot be
transformed with those types of transformations at all (just technically), so
one should create a transform mask instead.

The solution for the usecase:

1) Create a shape layer
2) Add a Transform to it
3) Use transform tool on the transform mask to add any type of these
transformations.
4) Press Enter key. After several seconds delay, the mask will update itself
and show you the transformed state.
