When removing the default virtual desktop, the list became empty. After that, I
clicked "ADD" but there was no activation and no new virtual desktop to be
added.
There should be maybe two actions here. One would be that the default desktop
is never able to be deleted. That way the user understands that there must be
always a base virtual desktop.
Another interaction would be to allow the user to delete the default desktop
and allow the ADD button to work to restore that virtual desktop.
