I haven't tried to reproduce this yet. I had a lot of apps open when I changed
theme. After rebooting, plasma is now in a weird hybrid state, where the apps
are all in light theme, but the panel itself is dark.
I'm not sure if I'll be able to reproduce this, but maybe the backtrace is
useful.
