SUMMARY
Okular is not listed in the default apps list when the exe is installed. This
makes Okular unusable when opening a PDF directly
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install latest Okular release exe from Binary Factory:
https://binary-factory.kde.org/view/Windows%2064-bit/job/Okular_Release_win64/
OBSERVED RESULT
Observe that Okular is not in the default apps list for PDF
EXPECTED RESULT
Okular should be in the default apps list to choose
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 10
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I did not install the Windows Store UWP version because UWP apps do not allow
CLI options. I will be printing from the command line and need --print (
