SUMMARY
In old KSysGuard for stopped processes a "Resume Stopped Process" entry was
added to the menu so you don't need to go hunt down the "SIGCONT" signal in the
menu
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Stop a process
2. Right click its menu
OBSERVED RESULT
No additional menu entry
EXPECTED RESULT
A "Resume Stopped Process" entry is shown
