The picture of the day did appear on the desktop, and everything seemed to be ok untill I tried to left click on an empty desktop area. The options list didn't appear, and the crash happened. After the crash, left-clicking on the desktop works ok (and displays list of actions), but if I set change the walpaper type from Image to Picture of the Day again the same crash happens. Sorry I can't provide backlogs, I'm new to Kubuntu and didn't manage to get the required packages.
