SUMMARY
Pages like https://konsole.kde.org/changelog.html are out of date (one major
version behind)
It would be better to simply have the canonical source generated changelog
https://store.kde.org/p/1366371 linked at the top of these pages, both to serve
advanced users, and to act as a fallback in case the page is out of date as it
is now.
