SUMMARY
I think categories and items in System Settings can be improved further to make
so many possibilities of customization KDE Plasma offers (one of its
superiorites over competitors) more intuitive.
One such improvement could be moving "Login Screen (SDDM)" and "Boot Splash
Screen" from "Workspace > Startup and Shutdown" to "Appearance", probably right
after the last item there: "Splash Screen", which could also be renamed "Plasma
Splash Screen".
