SUMMARY
While playing video; no matter the format, aspect ratio or encoding; the bottom
(about 1 cm heigh) of the playback freezes.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Play video
2. (optional) go fullscreen

OBSERVED RESULT
After a few seconds the bottom of the playback freezes
EXPECTED RESULT
Not freezes
