Can't click on a previously inserted control point to modify it when using the
Bezier Curve Tool on a vector layer.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create vector layer
2. Draw with Bezier Curve Tool
3. Try selecting previous points

Actual Results:  
Can't select previous points

Expected Results:  
Allow selection of previous points
