SUMMARY
The tooltip for any selected application will sometimes disappear.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Due to my complete lack of being able to consistently reproduce the bug
(sometimes it's there, sometimes it isn't), I have included a 27 second youtube
video link with me trying out the task manager up until the bug appears, as
well as an 8 second reduced version of the same video with just the bug itself.
OBSERVED RESULT
The said tooltip disappears
EXPECTED RESULT
The tooltip should still be there
