SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change the color scheme in System Settings > Colors;
2. Go to System Settings > Startup/Shutdown > SDDM > Synchronize Settings;
3. Logout
OBSERVED RESULT
The synchronization won't happen.
