There is no XMP video tag appended. I double checked with ExifTool metadata view (digiKam 7.3.0 support ExifTool now)... So, my Q is: what do you do exactly in editor ? Do you use a specific tool to apply on image ? How do you scan your image ? Which software is used ? There is a XMP sidecar file with scanned images ?
