Well, I have never used what mac, but it seems that it can "solve" this problem by filling the dock with many applications, and the user ends up pinning several programs to it. I still think my discussion is more towards the panel side of the plasma, rather than the systray. Because as I showed in the screenshots, there is no visual feedback to the user that that program is running in the background. So the user has to use the icons in the systray to get this advice. Anyway, maybe it really is a technically difficult task, and this area is not one that I can help with, but the discussion will be logged in case someone wants to take the lead on this and try to solve it in some way. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
