Soloed layer with layer style's activated not showing layer style's
SUMMARY
Isolating the selected layer using "`" or tilde causes "Layer Styles" to
De-Activate.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add layer style fx to layer
2. Press "`" with layer styles on
3. observe the disappearance of the layer fx's
OBSERVED RESULT
The disappearance of layer style fx's attached to selected layer.
EXPECTED RESULT
Layer style fx's not disappering
