SUMMARY
Inline note can not display CJK characters on Windows.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download Okular from
https://binary-factory.kde.org/view/Windows%2064-bit/job/Okular_Release_win64/
2. Open a pdf file with Okular and create a inline note '1汉字2'
OBSERVED RESULT
'12'
EXPECTED RESULT
'1汉字2'
