Since Plasma dropped support of gtk2 theming, it would be great if applying any
global theme (including changing color scheme, style, cursors and icons themes)
avoid modifying .gtkrc-2.0 file and let user manage it manually, because each
time I change global theme the file .gtkrc-2.0 is automatically modified with
wrong theme name, so I should open .gtkrc-2.0 and edit it manually to make my
gtk2 apps look fine.
