I didn't understand your question Are you asking about my system language? If so the answer is no. My system is in English But if you are talking about the alignment of the panel, it does not matter. I can reproduce the bug in all alignments (left, center and right). and if you are asking because the arrow is to the left side of the other widgets in the images... that is because they are not part of the system tray.
