After an assigned tag is deleted from an image, it is removed from UI, but
still exists in DB.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a new tag to an image.
2. Right click-> Remove tag
Actual Results:
Tag is removed from UI, but not DB
Expected Results:
Tag should be remove from both UI and DB.
Issue exists only with MySQL.
