SUMMARY
clicking on a submenu without moving your mouse > the first element will always
be selected

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the Application Launcher.
2. click on a sub-menu with several elements inside, but DO NOT MOVE your mouse
from the tiniest bit.
3. You will see the first element selected, even though your mouse pointer is
not above it. Just click again.

You will see the first element selected, even though your mouse pointer is not
above it. This will cause the fact that when you click to open an app, if you
