SUMMARY
When press caps lock to lock the capital letter and press again to disable caps
lock doesn't disable and the icon continue to blink for several seconds
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install the last kde neon on windows 10 with vmware workstation player 13
2. Press on caps lock
3. Press on caps lock again
OBSERVED RESULT
Caps lock doesn't disable and icon on desktop continues to blink, led of MSI
have not a correct behaviour
EXPECTED RESULT
Caps Lock goes disabled, caps lock led on keyboard switch-off
