Can confirm this still happens for me on Plasma 5.21.4 Wayland session (Intel
graphics). It appears to be when a context menu is open and either the window
thumbnails or a tooltip fade out, the menu is closed. Particularly annoying as
the thumbnails fade in again repeating the problem and making the context menu
unusable.
For reference, I have the "Icons-only Task Manager" on left side of my screen.
