(https://kdenlive.org/en/download/) and report here whether this is still
happening?
If you can still reproduce, please tell us if you are talking about the list of
effects "Effects" or the "Effect / Composition Stack". Maybe a screenshot or
screen record would be helpful to understand your problem better…
