Update:
I'm still using the RX 5700 XT, but have a single 3440x1440 monitor. I'm
assuming that the glitch is caused by the AMDGPU driver as it's still present
as of this date.
Currently running KDE 5.21.4 using kernel 5.11.14-1-MANJARO. I'm just not
certain where to submit the report, but I feel it's not on KDE's end as it
don't happen with a Nvidia GPU.
