This is a screenshot of the bug, it's hard to explain how it happens, it's a
transparency break on the top left corner over the "Contents" label.
SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Using Edna theme and transparency (maybe it happens without Edna also)
2. Opening this PDF, it doesn't seem to happen with other PDFs
