Example of the title not showing up
SUMMARY
Sometimes when opening a system settings module, the title of that module
doesn't show up.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Go to any module there. If it doesn't happen, try going to another one.
3. The title won't show up.
OBSERVED RESULT
The title bar doesn't show up.
EXPECTED RESULT
The title bar should show up.
