failed to change the speed of the animations of the desktop effects.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE

OBSERVED RESULT
Changing the speed of the animation of the system in "Behavior of the
workspace: general behaviors", does not change the speed of the animations in
the effects of the workspace.;
EXPECTED RESULT
That the time of the animations of the effects of the working area corresponded
to the option of "speed of the animations"
