It seems you have opened "Manage Cached Data" after you opened a project or
changed anything on the "untitled" project (i.e. you see two tabs "Current
Project" and "All Projects"), right?
…and you haven't selected any "auto-generated numeric name" but the one of the
current project. That's also the reason why you get multiple popup dialogs…
Unfortunately I can still not reproduce, for me it works fine.
What is your OS?
