Some Apps like Discord, Telegram or Element can be installed on both the

It would be cool if the user could blacklist apps in the android app to prevent
this.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install an app on pc and smartphone.
2. Receive a notification

OBSERVED RESULT
Two messages show up.

EXPECTED RESULT
Only a singe notification should be shown, for example by allowing the user to
blacklist certain apps manually in the android app.
